'90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way': Kenneth reunites with Armando in Mexico, but can he adjust in the new country?
Kenneth Niedermeier and Armando Rubio have become fans' favorite ever since they first appeared on the show and narrated their story. Kenneth had been staying in the US while Armando in Mexico. The two had been in a long-distance relationship and were eagerly waiting to get together. In the latest episode (July 19), their wait finally came to an end as Kenneth managed to make it to Mexico after driving for four days. Ahead of their meeting, Armando admitted that he had been waiting to finally reunite with Kenneth and start a new life together. Kenneth and Armando booked a place in a gated community as they wanted to be safe since they were doubtful how safe any place would be for a gay couple.
While Kenneth would be helping out with the rent, Armando will be looking for a job that helps him earn more. After weeks of waiting, the pair finally got to meet each other. As emotions took over the moment, it did not take long enough for Kenneth to realize the new reality he was living in. Kenneth decided to leave everything and come to Mexico to start a new life with Armando. However, the new life he was taking in has been different from what he had. Kenneth admitted that the place they were currently staying in looked a lot like the place he was asked not to go to when he was growing up. To make things worse, Kenneth did not know how to speak Spanish and struggled to understand what anyone was saying when he and Armando went out to eat. Armando tried to explain how important it was for Kenneth to learn how to speak in Spanish. To add to this, he was set to meet Armando's parents in a week.
Armando's mother had accepted that her son is gay but his father had been struggling to take the news in. Now that Kenneth has come to Mexico, he plans on meeting the family and introducing himself. With a new country and a family that may not be willing to accept them together, can Kenneth handle the pressure this new country brings with it, or will it put a dent in their relationship?
