'90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?': Is Debbie sabotaging Colt and Jess's relationship for Vanessa?
Colt Johnson and Jess Caroline have been dating for a while and it looks like he already has plans of getting married to her. Recently, Colt and Jess along with Debbie visited her hometown to get to know her family better. While Colt seemed happy with the warm welcome he received, Debbie on the other hand thought her family was not fit to have relations with them.
Fortunately for everyone, on the day when they had to leave, Jess's family was able to end their vacation on a good note. Colt even managed to ask Jess's father her hand in marriage. While he got the approval from him, one person who was strictly against the idea of Colt and Jess getting married was Debbie. Debbie thought Jess was in a relationship because she wants a green card. Her doubts started turning into reality when Jess hinted that she won't be meeting her family for a long time despite knowing that her visa was to expire in six months. To make sure the two have problems, Debbie decided to use Vanessa as her weapon.
Vanessa and Colt had a one night stand. While the two never made their relationship official, Colt admitted that he had a crush on Vanessa. Debbie too has been a fan of Vanessa and always thought she was the perfect one for him. However, ever since Jess came into the picture, she was concerned that Colt might end up with Jess. Knowing that Jess was not a fan of Vanessa, she decided to bring her up in the conversation. Debbie revealed that Vanessa had been taking care of the cats while they are away. Hearing these words did no good to Jess and Colt's relationship as he had warned her not to have Vanessa around.
Debbie tried to stir the pot some more by stating that Vanessa was in the house as her friend and not his. Unfortunately, that was not good enough for Jess. While speaking to the camera, the producer asked Debbie if she knew Jess had a problem with Vanessa. Even though Debbie did not utter a word, she smiled at the camera and that spoke volumes.
While Debbie has plans to make sure Jess and Colt do not end up together, will she succeed?
