Usman and Lisa were the only couples on the show who got married but it looks like their fairytale relationship did not last long. Recently, Lisa revealed she and Usman have separated as she opened up about the split. The reality star alleged that she was a victim of 'romance scam' as she revealed how Usman used her and TLC for his good.

When the pair first appeared on the show, many viewers and Lisa's friends tried to warn her about how the relationship could be a scam. Many wondered if he cared about Lisa or was trying to get a green card and boost his celebrity status. Despite this, Lisa was sure Usman loved her as they had been in a relationship for three years. However, things have taken a different turn now. Lisa shed light on Usman's "celebrity status" in Nigeria and made it clear that he is no star. She revealed he had been working in the military ahead of his rapping gig. Lisa went on to say that Usman used her and involved his family and friends for the same.

Lisa, who is also a mother of one, said Usman had promised to love her and her daughter but did not live up to his promises. The reality star sheds more light on their relationship and stated that her daughter met Usman only after a year as she did not want to invite him into her life until she knew he was the one for her.

Lisa claimed that Usman was pretending to be a good husband when in reality he is not. She stated that she had been living in the US as a good Muslim wife but the same trust had not been reciprocated from his side. She made it clear to everyone that she wouldn't think about committing suicide over a man. Lisa revealed she had lost her daughter two hours before delivery and did not think about suicide even then. While Usman has blocked Lisa everywhere, she decided to send him a message through Instagram Live.

Lisa stated Umsan humiliated her and her daughter and was nothing more than a scammer. Lisa made it clear that she plans on getting back at Usman. She revealed that in Nigeria if one is reported cheating on his spouse, they are jailed. Lisa thought Usman was lucky that quarantine did not allow her to fly down to Nigeria but made it clear that things would be different once the lockdown lifts.

She sent a message to Usman, saying she always loved him but he went around "chasing p***y around the world". Lisa also claimed that he used TLC to publicize his song. However, reminded Usman that the show is about a US citizen going to another country to find love and not the other way around.

This split has left fans divided. While many tried consoling her, others thought she was at fault to not see all the red flags.
